Marcus is a coach and the CEO of a social organization that focuses on social sustainability. The organization has a robust network of 600 employees and 1,200 volunteers. For its impactful sustainable initiatives, Marcus’s organization received an award from UNESCO.
With extensive experience in sustainable business development, Marcus has deep knowledge of the New Work concept and had the unique opportunity to collaborate with its founder, Frithjof Bergmann. His expertise also covers health and mindfulness, backed by a solid foundation in physiotherapy, nutrition, and mental training. In addition to being an experienced running coach, he practices spiritual running, which is influenced by Buddhist traditions.
Marcus is well-versed in Buddhist philosophy and yoga techniques, specifically those of Himalayan Buddhism. He harmonizes these diverse areas of knowledge with his experiences in sports, health, education, and leadership. As an organizational developer, he leverages his coaching skills to encourage individuals to adopt an energetic lifestyle and address challenges in a simple, mindful manner.
